When times get tough and everything feels like it’s running out of control, one needs to take 4 steps back and choose peace. Do you ever sit and feel like everything is just too much? It is when life gets tough, relationships start getting complicated and your finances start running out of control.

The best solution in these cases is to let the problems run their course of time and let life run its course of time. When your boss calls you up at uncertain times. Turn your phone to DND every once in a while. Nobody can kick you out of your job just because you missed a couple of calls that one time. Lay in your bed a little longer. Sweat on your problems a little less. Take your frustrations out by writing it down and just for a brief moment, take a deep long breath. Maintaining your calm and peace is primary.

Take time to understand your priorities. Take time to make that manifestation boards. Take time for yourself. All in all, take time to love and appreciate yourself. Know that you will always have your back. So, take time to learn how to have your back.

When I wake up, the first thing that has always come into my mind is how boring, uneventful and monotonous life is. Something about just making a cup of tea, tidying up and going off to work really bored me. That I have been underestimating the power of my own curiosity. It is powerful to start it with journey of growth. What is wonderful is our brain’s ability to comprehend the same information in a new way. Although, we underestimate it.

The way to add something new and fun to our everyday lives is important for us to stay active and motivated. Add a little flower in our workplace. Choose to take a small walk down the road rather than scrolling through the phone. This way, little things bring a huge difference. Even if it all feels too heavy or too hard, learning to be grateful helps. Appreciating little things in your own space can do wonders. It will help being mindful, motivated and conscious. At this point, try to make tea in a different way, smelling the tea and getting in touch with your senses. After that, Feel the soft and warm clothes as winters descend. Hence, let’s ascend to your expedition to self discovery.

Every waking minute of the day does not have to be a challenge to keep working or a hopeless venture to be empty at all times.
